Macho bullshit Crossfit thing. (I kind of love Crossfit, but seriously have the stuff that the brand does is just 'cause it looks cool.) It's just jumping rope, but the rope passes under you twice for every one jump you make. Makes a cool whizzing noise in the air, too.
